The document linked below was anonymously distributed within the community and specifically delivered to Victoria LaBruzzo on January 19, 2026.
It contains an extensive series of accusations, assumptions, personal characterizations, and conclusions regarding my conduct, motives, and service to the Association.
I am publishing the letter in its entirety because many of its allegations did not remain anonymous opinions. Over time, numerous claims from the letter were repeated publicly within the community, raised during homeowner forums, discussed at Board meetings, echoed in Association communications, and used to shape perceptions regarding Association governance and my role within it.
Rather than dismissing the document, I chose to address it directly. Throughout the letter, I have provided responses, context, meeting records, correspondence, governing documents, project materials, and other supporting documentation so that homeowners may evaluate the claims and the underlying facts for themselves.
As you review the document, it is important to recognize that many of the statements are presented not as opinions, but as factual assertions regarding Board votes, project history, election matters, financial figures, and other historical events. In numerous instances, those assertions are unsupported by Association records, contradicted by meeting minutes, inconsistent with project documents, or based upon events that did not occur as described.
One additional aspect of this document deserves consideration. The letter contains detailed descriptions of Board actions, project controversies, election matters, and events spanning multiple years. The number of individuals with firsthand knowledge of many of these matters is relatively small.
That fact became more noteworthy in May 2026 when former Board President Roy Pearson publicly repeated many of the same allegations during homeowner open forum. In several instances, the statements were strikingly similar in substance and, at times, nearly identical to language contained within this anonymous communication.
I am not asking homeowners to accept any particular conclusion regarding the origins of this document. I simply encourage readers to consider the content of the letter, the information it contains, who would have possessed that information, and the extent to which many of the same allegations later reappeared in public comments and community discussions.
The document is provided below together with responses and supporting records so that homeowners may evaluate the claims based on evidence rather than repetition.
